Bishop actually had a relatively disappointing 2016, finishing 4th in the Olympic Final, being overtaken in the last few metres and losing out by 0.13s. She makes it to the list through huge popularity this year, from her Olympic appearances, where her hits on HWiS sky rocketed, as it did with many Olympians. Scant reward for Bishop, but indicative of how people wanted to learn more about her during Rio 2016.
